If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, then please contact us on 0800 6120 753 or send us an email at sales@dermaslim.co.uk and we shall send you a refund form, which you should fill out and return to us along with any unused product.
Please note:
We shall endeavour to refund your payment in full within 7 days of receipt of your returned goods , (excluding any postage and packaging)
To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days from receipt of the goods, also if your purchase involves a multibuy, a maximum of one unit can be used, the others must be returned intact in a suitable condition for re-sale.
