Orders
On placing an order with dermaslim you will be automatically be sent a confirmation email to the address supplied with details,price and delivery charge and method. This e-mail does not represent a receipt for payment, only an acknowledgement that your order has been received by us.
Delivery
Dermaslim always endeavours to deliver UK orders next day if ordered before 3PM Monday to Friday. All items offered for sale are usually held in stock. Goods ordered Friday may not arrive until Monday depending on your local delivery. On UK orders postage is free unless otherwise specified and means of carriage is First Class royal mail unless otherwise specified/agreed with the customer. Overseas postage varies according to region.
Payment
Dermaslim accepts payment by all major credit cards either via our secure server or by telephone. Payments can also be made with a paypal account. Telephone payments can be made by calling 0800 6120 753 between the hours of 10am and 6PM Mon – Fri.

If within 30 days from day of receipt of the goods,(receipt is deemed to be 3 working days after date of order) you are not happy with them, you should contact us and we shall send out a refund claim form, which will ask for details of your order, and why you are returning the products. The form will give details of what you should do next.On receipt of the returned form and products, Dermaslim endeavours to make these refunds within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
